Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

BetMates is a mobile application designed solely for social entertainment and record-keeping of friendly challenges and wagers between users (“Users”). BetMates does not facilitate, process, or manage any financial transactions, nor does it provide or promote gambling services. All wagers, prizes, or payments are strictly private agreements between the Users involved and are settled entirely outside the App. BetMates has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the payment or fulfillment of any bet, challenge, or agreement made through the App.

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No Real-Money Gambling: BetMates is not a gambling platform and does not allow real-money gaming or betting to occur within the App. Any monetary or non-monetary stakes mentioned in a bet are for informational purposes only and remain the sole responsibility of the Users.

2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the nature and outcome of any challenges or wagers you create or accept. You must ensure that all activities comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and do not endanger yourself or others.

3. No Liability: BetMates, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any loss, injury, damages, or disputes arising from the creation, acceptance, or outcome of any bet or challenge, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

4. Prohibited Content: Users may not use the App to promote illegal activities, harmful challenges, or any content that violates local, state, national, or international law.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetMates and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the App, including any disputes with other Users.

6. Termination: BetMates reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or if the App is used in connection with illegal gambling or unsafe activities.

By continuing to use BetMates, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
